Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with booking and modifying flight reservations, providing travel information, and resolving any issues
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive information about blithequark's products and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support
  • Documenting all customer interactions and following up on unresolved issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
