Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with booking and modifying flight reservations, providing travel information, and resolving any issues
- Providing accurate and comprehensive information about blithequark's products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
