Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution
- Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service and processes
