Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

* Experience in a sales or customer service role in the shipping, packaging, or business supplies industry
