Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products and services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex customer issues
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, with a focus on CRM systems and customer support tools
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
