Job Description

As a Customer Service Supporter at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for:

  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using CRM systems and practices to track and analyze customer data
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that customer interactions are consistent and compliant with company standards
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates, using this knowledge to provide informed and effective support to customers

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
