Job Description
As a Customer Service Supporter at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using CRM systems and practices to track and analyze customer data
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that customer interactions are consistent and compliant with company standards
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates, using this knowledge to provide informed and effective support to customers
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
