Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Analyst to join our HR Compliance team at Blithequark. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance by analyzing and communicating requirements. You'll work closely with our HRIS and EC teams to process data, develop reports, and ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the HR Compliance team and Projects with responsibilities including:
    • Acquiring fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing fingerprint clearance letters
    • Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
    • Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry
  • Processes daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoots any database issues
  • Plans and analyzes HR Compliance data between various files, working closely with HRIS and EC teams
  • Directs high-level examinations, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalizes all data used for HR Compliance
  • Collaborates with clients and team members regularly
  • Reviews completed Fingerprint Applications and checks for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
  • Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data entry, analysis, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members

Skills and Competencies

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
  • Advanced Access skills, including database design and management
  • Ability to interpret large sets of data and develop meaningful reports
  • Excellent decision-making skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to apply fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements
  • Ability to educate specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
