What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting Sales Orders Daily: With a focus on accuracy, you will input sales orders daily, ensuring that no more than 2 errors per month.
  • Setting Up and Maintaining Standing Orders: You will set up and maintain standing orders for customers, including holds, releases, and additions.
  • Processing Exceptions: You will process exceptions and handle related tasks such as creating credit memos and filing freight claims.
  • Attending Scheduled Meetings: You will attend scheduled meetings and maintain a strong presence in the workplace.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 2 Years of Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment.
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to Follow Safety Guidelines: You will be able to follow safety guidelines and maintain a record free of serious injuries.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: You will have strong attention to detail and be able to manage stress while meeting deadlines.
  • Punctuality: You will be punctual in clocking in and out for work and lunch, with minimal errors.
