Job Description

As a Remote Retail Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will handle inquiries related to our products, services, and orders, while providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

  • Assisting customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
