Your Role at blithequark
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries with care and attention to detail
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and proactive problem-solving
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity
- Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
- Communicating effectively with customers, including providing video support when needed
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Logical problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume with ease
- Proficiency in using Windows operating systems
- Ability to type 25 wpm with accuracy
- High School Graduate or GED
- Over 18 years of age
- Predictable and reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 6-12 months of customer service experience
- Consistent work history
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Some technical background or experience
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to provide:
- A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
- A Wired Ethernet LAN connection
- Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
- A minimum of 4GB RAM
- Internet Connection Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required + Clean and quiet workspace
