Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruiting efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential candidates, proposing new alternatives for candidate identification, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and teamwork abilities will be essential in driving our recruiting processes forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
Essential Qualifications
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1 previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruiting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
