What to Expect as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark

As a Part-time Nights/Weekends, Remote/Hybrid Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Incoming Calls and Responding to Customer Requests: Provide timely and effective support to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Booking Appointments with High Accuracy: Utilize our systems to book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintaining Excellent Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identifying and Escalating Issues: Recognize and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Adapting to Fast-Changing Guidelines: Stay up-to-date with changing guidelines and procedures, adapting quickly to ensure seamless customer support.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school graduate or G.E.D. is required.
  • Minimum of One Year Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment is necessary.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.
