Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer service calls, emails, and chats, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services. You will be the voice of blithequark, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. Your role will involve:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services
  • Selling products and services to customers, meeting monthly sales targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with our products and services
  • Working from home, with regular virtual meetings and check-ins with your team

Responsibilities

  • Sell products and services to customers, meeting monthly sales targets

  • Meet performance targets and metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure high-quality customer experiences
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work from home, with regular virtual meetings and check-ins with your team
  • Ability to meet performance targets and metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution
  • Ability to participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with our products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Call center experience, preferably in a similar role

  • Advanced typing and keyboarding skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with sales and customer service metrics and targets
  • Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes
