Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound customer support and greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Assessing in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
  • Being efficient in navigating multiple systems and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
  • Providing support for inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
