Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Professionally answering calls and addressing caller inquiries as needed, routing calls to the appropriate resource when necessary
  • Performing research using available resources to provide required information to callers
  • Identifying and escalating more complex issues to the research team
  • Completing necessary administrative work as needed and accurately completing call logs
  • Participating in other projects as assigned by your supervisor

Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Issue Resolution:

Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to the research team when necessary

Communication:

Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction

Administrative Tasks:

Complete necessary administrative work, including call logs and other tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role

Problem-Solving and Multitasking:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high call volumes, and prioritize tasks effectively

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
