Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers through phone calls, chat messages, and email responses

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be compensated on an hourly basis, with the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics. Important Information

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a quiet and secure work environment during working hours
  • Have a personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Have a wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • Have high-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • Have a valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Have a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
  • Have a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)

We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
