Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Recognize individual customer service needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations
  • Maintain and update customer-related information systems to ensure accurate records and seamless communication
  • Respond to customers through various channels, including telephone, internet, and written correspondence
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of our product ranges and services to provide excellent service and support
  • Serve customers across our product portfolio, resolving a wide range of common inquiries and concerns

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in a contact or call center environment (entry-level and experienced positions available)
  • Good to excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Effective time management and self-accountability skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact or call center environment

  • Knowledge of our product ranges and services (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
