Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Receptionist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers and visitors, answering calls on a multi-extension phone system, and transferring calls as appropriate
- Assisting customers with entry-level support for their service calls, including troubleshooting and resolving basic issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and service requests
- Collaborating with the customer service team to resolve complex issues and provide timely support
- Performing general receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school education or equivalent
- Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar computer programs
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
