What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reading customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via print catalog, and online; deciphering handwriting that can be hard to read
- Keying data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Verifying that the data is accurate before entry and reporting any errors or anomalies to your supervisor
- Maintaining accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
- Performing filing, copying, and other administrative duties for about three hours per day
What We Require (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
