Responsibilities
As an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert support to customers via phone, addressing their questions and concerns related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting needs
- Utilizing your knowledge of QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrating a strong ownership of customer issues, taking control of the situation, and providing confident resolution
- Communicating with customers in a friendly tone and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience
- Collaborating with customers to identify and implement solutions to their accounting software needs
- Staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates of QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software, ensuring you can provide the best possible support to customers

Earnings Potential
As an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you can earn up to $20.40 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.

Our flexible schedule opportunities allow you to create your own schedule, with availability between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday.

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
