Key Responsibilities

As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction
  • Understanding and effectively communicating product information to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Updating customer records with accurate information regarding interactions

Required Qualifications
