Your Impact

As a WFH Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer service calls, emails, and chats, ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
  • Navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
  • Providing effective and timely resolutions for customers and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
  • Meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience through a consultative approach

Your Day-to-Day

As a WFH Customer Service Representative, your day will be filled with opportunities to:

  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, and engaging with your manager or support team for assistance
  • Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on both products and services when issues arise
  • Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

  • Competitive hourly pay, ranging from $15.54 to $17.36, with additional compensation up to $3,000 when monthly sales goals and performance expectations are met

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a WFH Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with specific job assignments requiring day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
  • Occasional overtime may be required

Work From Home Requirements

As a WFH Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • Verified internet service, with secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed connectivity to support business needs
  • An established dedicated work area, with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
  • blithequark will provide all necessary equipment, including a keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, and other tools
  • Your workspace must meet WFH standards, including technical, security, physical, and noise level requirements
  • You'll participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, and video chats
