Schedule and Compensation Details

We offer an attractive hybrid work solution that combines the benefits of working from home with the advantages of office collaboration. Our schedule includes:

  • Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday & every other Friday
  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday & every other Friday

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your typical day will involve:

  • Processing Product Complaints: Handling product complaints through queues and other communication channels in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Managing Customer Experience: Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints, ensuring that customer interactions are professional and empathetic.
  • Updating Databases: Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information to ensure that customer records are up-to-date.
  • Escalating Issues: Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed, ensuring that complex problems are addressed efficiently.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensuring the confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Schedule: Are able to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements.
