Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced remote data entry specialist to provide document review and data entry support to our client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning. Responsibilities

As a remote data entry specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning
  • Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy form for accurate processing
  • Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
  • Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information
  • Providing great customer service and working closely with our team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • The ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
  • Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
  • A great attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • The ability to be organized and multi-task while adapting to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Knowledge of document management systems and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
