Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Managing high-volume calls with professionalism and poise, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of office experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- 3+ years of customer service experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
