Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As the face of blithequark, you'll be the professional in the airport who crafts meaningful connections and encourages an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You'll interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and more. Your role will be to:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide a pleasant, expert, assured, and insightful career to help resolve customer travel issues and make their journey memorable.
  • Interact with Customers: Engage with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention.
  • Step Up and Support Customers: Anticipate and meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations.
  • Work Collaboratively: Run collaboratively with others, assisting your colleagues and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Computer Literacy: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical Ability: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
  • SIDA Badge: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Attendance and Uniform Standards: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
