Experienced Part-time Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity for Growth and Development

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in facilitating inbound calls, updating administrative details of customer accounts, and directing calls to the appropriate departments as needed. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary
- Help explain contract details to customers
- Manage existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences
- Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
- Participate in interactive and communicative team meetings, training sessions, and meetings with management, requiring camera usage for visibility
Key to Success:
* Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
- General computer and typing skills
- Passion for customer service and quality work
- Must be focused, reliable, and able to prioritize, organize, and multitask
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
