Job Summary

As a Chat Sales Expert, you will work closely with our highly skilled client success team to initiate authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting sales, and growing your earnings through commissions and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate new conversations with potential clients through social media platforms
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Grow organic accounts and engage with followers
• Reply to active leads and manage daily communication tasks
• Develop and implement strategies to manage your team to success
• Collaborate with the client success team to achieve sales goals

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
• Desire to earn an income in USD
• Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• Stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
• Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Experience working from home or remotely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
  • Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
• No limit on commissions
