Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, and maintaining performance levels to specified goals. You'll work in a remote environment, collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Responsibilities

* Provides prompt and considerate service to all customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ensures that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintains performance levels to specified goals, meeting or exceeding targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to share best practices, provide support, and drive continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures.
  • Stays up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide informed and effective solutions to customers.
  • Participates in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote or virtual customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices
  • Skills in operating computers, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
