Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients in managing their day-to-day operations and customer interactions. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Key Responsibilities
* Provide live chat customer support to our clients' customers via our platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Guide customers through their purchasing process and provide detailed product information
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored support solutions
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with our clients' products and services to provide accurate and informed support
- Meet or exceed our clients' customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to follow provided steps and instructions
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- 10+ hours availability per week
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the e-commerce industry
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the e-commerce industry
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Experience with live chat software and social media management tools
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
