Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a Positive, Empathetic, and Professional Attitude: You will be the face of blithequark, and your attitude will set the tone for every interaction with our clients and their customers.
• Representing blithequark to Clients and Customers: You will provide high-quality and efficient customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicating with Customers through Various Channels: You will communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and other channels, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Processing Orders, Forms, Applications, and Requests: You will process customer transactions, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keeping Records of Customer Interactions: You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of customer needs and preferences.
• Communicating and Coordinating with Colleagues: You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination, providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Managing a Team of Junior Customer Service Representatives: You will lead and mentor junior customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.
