Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You will work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our dedicated team of leaders and peers will support you every step of the way, providing a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
- Meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage and overcome objections for subscriber cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and drive customer retention
- Demonstrate an enthusiastic and customer-centric personality, embodying the values of blithequark
What We Offer
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- Flexible scheduling: 8-hour per day shifts, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a proven track record of success
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
