Job Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for executing data enrichment tasks, maintaining quality standards, and participating in our quality assurance processes. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, liaising with state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain status updates and verifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be crucial in ensuring the precision and quality of credentialing data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and finalize enrichment tasks based on the training provided by the client, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Execute credentialing-related duties, including:
  • Data entry for applications
  • Verifying vendor resources
  • Validating board certifications
• Liaise with various state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain status updates and verifications
• Ensure the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry standards
• Authenticate information submitted by third-party entities utilizing online databases for cross-verification
• Assume additional tasks and responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Essential Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy
• Language Skills: Proficient command of the English language, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Remote Work: Capacity to excel in a remote work environment, with a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service-related position
