Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You will be a key ambassador for the Liberty Mutual brand, representing our values of openness, inclusion, trust, and respect. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Utilize strong sales and persuasion skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a contact center or sales environment

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Starting base salary of $45,000 with opportunity for growth

  • Average earnings range from $55,000-$75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission
