Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from store partners who require assistance or support. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to their problems, while also ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept and handle incoming telephone calls from store partners who require assistance or support
  • Create and manage tickets for help and follow-up purposes, ensuring that all issues are properly documented and resolved
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and problem-solving support to store partners
  • Follow written instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in all interactions
  • Process and handle forms and other documentation sent by providers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, including notes and follow-up activities

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with retail operations and procedures
  • Experience with ticketing systems and other customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
