Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in our Returner Programme, you should have:

• Transferable skills from paid or volunteer roles, such as people management, project management, customer service, data analytics, training/facilitation skills, communication skills, leadership skills, process improvement, and customer engagement/journey building
• Experience working in various industries, including consumer goods, healthcare and life sciences, communications, media, public sector, non-profit, commerce, financial services, manufacturing, energy & utilities, travel and hospitality, transport & logistics, high tech, business service, and automotive industry
