Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our Inbound Operations team, working closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to provide top-notch support to our merchants and customers. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26. When our offices resume, we anticipate a hybrid work arrangement with some time spent in-office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide mentorship to colleagues to enhance their overall performance on all metrics

Requirements
