About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound calls. Your mission will be to provide personalized support, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced environment. You'll be an integral part of our customer-centric team, working collaboratively to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Personalize the customer experience by providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Manage a high volume of calls, ensuring that customer needs are met while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Perform various tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
  • Utilize multiple systems and screens to access customer information and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and partner with IT when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and meet performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems and screens.
  • A reliable computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, and a high-speed internet connection.
  • Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies.

Training and Support

At blithequark, we're committed to providing the training and support you need to succeed. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll undergo a comprehensive paid training program, which includes:

  • A paid training period, where attendance and participation are required.
  • Tech setup on the first day, followed by orientation and training starting on Monday for six weeks.
  • Ongoing support and coaching from your assigned Supervisor and the blithequark team.

System Requirements

To ensure that you can provide the best possible experience for our customers, you'll need to meet the following system requirements:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
  • A headset compatible with blithequark specifications.
  • A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted).
