Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of customer happiness experts. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to presale inquiries, guiding customers through the ordering process, and resolving post-order issues. Responsibilities

* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials

  • Guide customers through the ordering procedure online, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
  • Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using software tools, such as CRM systems and email management platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with luxury goods or high-end fashion brands

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping experiences
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styles, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company, and we offer a range of benefits, including:
