What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Experienced Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing short, mid, and long-term growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership, including identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to capitalize on them
  • Collaborating with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure adequate brand support, including providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends
  • Leading negotiations and discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth, including developing and executing sales plans and strategies
  • Utilizing data and insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies, including analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Overseeing relationships with content development and media agencies to optimize creative content, including developing and executing content strategies and managing agency relationships

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation
  • Previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to manage P&Ls and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a deep understanding of the industry trends and challenges

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field
