Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. With a strong foundation in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, you'll be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining complex data models and databases

- Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute data-driven projects to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain complex data models and databases
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and business intelligence
- Guide less-experienced staff and provide mentorship and guidance as needed
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Work on cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and innovation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science
- Strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
