Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with our content development team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop insights that inform content strategy. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify trends and develop insights that inform content strategy
- Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
- Streamline content release and episode discharge methodology to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate insights and results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering)
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
