Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at blithequark, you will play a key role in leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
• Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
• Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
• Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Working in an environment with variable noise levels and temperatures
• Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applicable to sites with stairs)
