The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat, email, and other digital channels. You will work from the comfort of your own home, choosing your own hours and schedule to suit your needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • 5+ hours of availability per week; flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions, ensuring consistency and quality in your work

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote
