Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a variety of customer interactions through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns

  • Utilize excellent writing and communication skills to craft clear, concise responses that meet customer needs
  • Leverage Zendesk or other CRM experience to manage customer interactions and track issues
  • Employ strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve complex customer issues
  • Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications, ensuring seamless support experiences
  • Demonstrate empathy and apologize when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Adhere to client policies and guidelines while maintaining objectivity

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a multichannel environment

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to meet customer needs
  • Proficiency in Zendesk or other CRM software, with experience in managing customer interactions and tracking issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues
  • Ability to multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs, ensuring seamless support experiences
  • Empathy and ability to apologize when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and independently to achieve project goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the tech, e-commerce, gaming, or entertainment industries

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and community management
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with content moderation, trust and safety, or social media services
