Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our remote call center team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with clients, doctor's offices, patients, and external suppliers. You'll provide timely and accurate information, resolve customer complaints, and work closely with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with clients, doctor's offices, patients, and external suppliers, providing timely and accurate information and resolving customer complaints.
• Utilize a computer application to log and track requests, as well as check the status of items that require follow-up or involvement of other teams.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Handle requests for multiple lines of business and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Fundamental Capabilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
• Basic computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).
• Basic web search skills (e.g., opening a browser, typing in URLs in the correct field, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• This is a work-from-home position. To be eligible for this job, you will be required to have a functioning home telephone line (cell and VOIP not supported) and a high-speed internet connection (DSL and Satellite not supported) at the time of your application. These utilities will not be reimbursed by Walgreens.

Preferred Capabilities

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a concentrated services or call center environment.
• Experience in retail or healthcare.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
• Transitional level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
