As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Your day will be filled with a high volume of customer inquiries, which you will handle with ease and professionalism. You will have the opportunity to personalize the experience for each caller, making every interaction unique and tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits:

* Starting rate of $15.00 per hour

  • Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
  • Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English a plus
  • Ability to work a set schedule, including weekends and holidays

System Requirements:

* Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years

  • Headset compatible with blithequark specifications
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services not permitted)
  • Mac / Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks not supported

Training Schedule:

* Paid training period, with attendance and participation required

  • Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ
  • Ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
