Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark's Amazon Locker retail locations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using critical thinking and creativity to find solutions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards for quality and safety
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are processed and stored correctly

Requirements

* 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
