About Our Team

Our Manhattan, Kansas location is home to a talented team of customer service professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional experiences. We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team, working in a variety of shifts between 8am and 8pm CST. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously and collaboratively with your colleagues to provide prompt and considerate service to our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt and considerate service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Ensuring that all requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time
  • Maintaining performance levels to specified goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and knowledge, promoting a culture of teamwork and support
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, providing expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices
  • Skills in operating computers and software applications
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and retain information readily
