Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic law students to work closely with our experienced attorneys on a wide range of civil litigation cases. As a Law Clerk, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research, writing, and analysis, as well as participate in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. You will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively with our attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Drafting demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and motions under the supervision of our experienced attorneys
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support our cases, using a range of sources including statutes, case law, and academic articles
• Reviewing and analyzing document productions, including emails, contracts, and other relevant documents
• Assisting with the preparation of hearings, trials, and other court proceedings, including organizing evidence, preparing witness statements, and coordinating with experts
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by our attorneys, including data entry, document management, and administrative support

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong academic record, excellent writing and research skills, and a keen interest in civil litigation. You should be a current law student at an accredited law school, with a completed undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as political science, philosophy, or English.
