Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for participating in various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a range of topics, including:
- Child-related products and services
- Cell phones and mobile devices
- Entertainment, including TV shows, movies, and video games
- Food and dining experiences
- Sports and fitness
- Electronics and gadgets
- Pets and animal care
- Automobiles and transportation
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys and providing feedback
- Using products and services provided and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to the discussion start time
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop or laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently
Experience
While prior experience is not necessary, we are looking for individuals who are comfortable working independently and can commit to participating in various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews.

Compensation
